BAGEL MAKING 101: RISE N’ ROLE | SUNDAY, SEP 14TH, 11 AM – 2 PM
Join Head Baker, Yukiko, at The Gourmet Warehouse in Vancouver for the ultimate bagel making class. Learn the art of Japanese-style bagels in this hands-on class where you’ll learn to mix, shape, boil, and bake. Learn to create sesame, everything, and plain bagels from scratch, then take home your creations! While they bake, enjoy Yukiko’s house-made koji sourdough bagel sandwiches with salmon (vegetarian option available) and a comforting bowl of creamy corn potage.
A sweet bagel sampler is also included.
