Orders must be placed three business days before the indicated pick-up/delivery date. (If you need a quote or have any inquiries, please note that the cutoff may be earlier.)

• Pick-Up: Available from 8 AM to 3 PM Mon-Fri except Stat Holidays.

• Pick-up location: B09 666 Burrard St., Vancouver, (with a loading dock on Hornby St)

• Delivery: Available from 11 AM to 4 PM Mon-Fri except Stat Holidays.

We also offer delivery services. Temperature controlled delivery available for an additional charge. Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to locations that take more than one hour for a one-way trip.
